# PayeeProof Privacy Notice

Effective September 25, 2026.

PayeeProof is operated by Davisville Labs LLC. It processes public machine-payment metadata and caller-supplied expectations solely to produce a payment-identity consistency assessment and operate the service.

PayeeProof is designed not to collect or retain target payment credentials, private keys, bearer tokens, cookies, card numbers, arbitrary target request bodies, buyer prompts, or full arbitrary target response bodies. Public discovery responses are bounded, reduced to normalized facts and digests, and are not retained as arbitrary raw bodies.

PayeeProof may retain privacy-minimized continuity records such as normalized hostname, public service identifier when known, payment protocol, network, asset, public pay-to destination, first/last seen timestamps, observation counts, prior public payment destinations, and normalized state digests. Payment settlement and delivery telemetry may be forwarded to AI Agent Analytics under Davisville Labs' privacy-preserving commerce contract. Synthetic monitoring is identified as synthetic.

Davisville Labs does not sell PayeeProof user data. Analytics failures are designed not to break paid-result delivery.

PayeeProof is not a legal identity verification, KYC, AML, sanctions-screening, or fraud-certification service.
